PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-lived rubber sealing device which is resistant to a fluid containing amine additive, especially to a soluble-type synthetic cutting coolant suitable for a high speed machining, an engine oil, and the like and which can maintain good sealing properties over a prolonged time, and also to obtain a rubber composition suitable therefor. SOLUTION: There are provided a rubber composition which contains 0.02-10 pts.wt. of a liquid polybutadiene per 100 pts.wt. of a tetrafluoroethylene- propylene binary copolymer, as well as a rubber sealing device which is provided by conjoining the rubber composition and auxiliary members.
