PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a guide rail of a fireproof shutter which can be housed into a ceiling so that an evacuation door can be installed in parallel with the fireproof shutter, thus both the evacuation door and the guide rail are composed in such a way that they can be closed simultaneously. SOLUTION: A movable guide rail 5 which is pivoted by a ceiling part is composed in such a way that its position can be changed into two; a housed position in which the guide rail is housed into a ceiling following an opening/ closing action of a shutter curtain 1, and a hanging position in which the guide rail hangs under the opening part. At the same time, an evacuation door 8 is provided to one guide rail 5 in an adjoining state so that the evacuation door 8 and the shutter curtain 1 are so composed as to close simultaneously when they receive a detection signal from an abnormality detection means.
