PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system member made of a precoat steel plate having high heat resistance. SOLUTION: This exhaust system member is made of the precoat steel plate provided by forming on the surface of a steel plate a coating film containing silicone resin an a main component, 5 to 35 mass% of low melting point frit powder, 3 to 30 mass% of graphite powder, and 10 to 30 mass% of nickel powder. The exhaust system member exhibits heat resistance at 300 to 500 deg.C.
