PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high frequency filter which can be applied to a high frequency filter to be used in a high frequency device like a portable telephone, and is easy to be adjusted with simple constitution after baking, and to improve manufacturing yield as a result. SOLUTION: The high frequency filter has an LCR circuit constituted by forming a conductor pattern on a dielectric layer of the outermost layer and baking them. An adjusting layer for adjusting a frequency of the high frequency filter is formed so as to cover at least a part of the baked conductor pattern. Consequently, a process like intaglio printing for forming a very fine wire can be used, and characteristic can be adjusted after dielectric substance is baked.
