PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and speedily mount a faucet to a sink cabinet and a wash stand with work only from the upper surface of a top plate and to improve an execution function. SOLUTION: This faucet mounting device for fixing a mounting member A to a mounting hole 8 in the top plate 7 from the upside and mounting a faucet body 1 to the mounting member A comprises a pedestal 9 disposed in the mounting hole 8 in the top plate 7 from the upside, washers 16 and 17 capable of passing through the mounting hole 8 and tightly adhered to the back surface of the top plate 7, connecting materials 21 and 21 that are held by the washers 16 and 17 and can lift the washers 16 and 17 from the upside of the top plate 7, and a fastening tools 22 and 22 that pass through vertical holes 13 and 13 punched in the vertical direction of the pedestal 9 and can be fastened with the washers 16 and 17 on the down side of the top plate 7. The washers 16 and 17 are lifted up to the back surface of the top plate 7 by operations of the connecting materials 21 and 21 to fix the washers to the top plate 7 with the fastening tools 22 and 22.
