The management server 4 generates the electronic mail and a Web page, which include the location position of advertisement information corresponding to image data and sound data, which are sent from the portable terminal 2, as a link destination and transmits and displays them to the portable terminal 2. Thus, access to an information accumulation server 5 supplying various pieces of information such as advertisement information and service is realized.
