PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a switched capacitor power supply unit, which performs stably, suffering no effect of a load current when a power source is turned on. SOLUTION: A current mirror circuit consisting of transistors 115, 116 is arranged so as to have both functions of a start-up diode and a start-up current detection circuit. When a switched capacitor power circuit 106 is started up, the load current is controlled to reduce the effect of the load current upon start-up, so that a built-up oscillator of the switched capacitor power supply circuit 106 is oscillated in a stabilized manner without affected by the load current.
