PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-shaped laminated type piezoelectric actuator of the whole-surface electrode structure, wherein internal electrodes are arranged over the whole surface, since the maximum displacement amount is generated at a position where the internal electrodes are overlapped but a displacement amount is attenuated at a position where the internal electrodes do not overlap, so that a uniform displacement amount is not obtained, when a displacement occurs in the ring-shaped laminate piezoelectric actuator of a nonmetal electrode structure. SOLUTION: The internal electrodes are arranged over the whole surface, and alternate electrodes facing with each other are insulated by an insulating material such as glass at every time layers.
