PURPOSE: An immersion type filtering apparatus and system using hollow fiber membrane module is provided to increase water permeability thereof. CONSTITUTION: The immersion type filtering apparatus using hollow fiber membrane module comprises plural hollow fiber membrane modules(1) installed parallel to each other; a filtrate collection/transfer block(2) which has plural insert holes installed parallel to each other to support the upper part of the hollow fiber membrane modules, along the longitudinal direction of which a filtrate transfer line is formed to communicate with the insert holes; a filtrate outlet(23) which is formed at one end of the filtrate transfer line; an air injection/transfer block(3) which has plural insert holes installed parallel to each other to support the lower part of the hollow fiber membrane modules, along the longitudinal direction of which an air transfer line is formed to communicate with the insert holes; an air injection port(33) which is formed at one end of the air transfer line; and a screen filter(4) which is extendedly installed between the filtrate collection/transfer block and the air injection/transfer block. The hollow fiber membrane module comprises a hollow fiber membrane bundle composed of plural hollow fiber membrane; an upper adaptor(12) into which an adhesive pipe is inserted to unite the upper part of the hollow fiber membrane bundle, and which is fixedly inserted into the insert holes of the filtrate collection/transfer block; a lower adaptor(13) into which an adhesive pipe is inserted to unite the lower part of the hollow fiber membrane bundle, and which is fixedly inserted into the insert holes of the air injection/transfer block; and an elastic support bar which is installed at the central part of the hollow fiber membrane bundle between the upper adaptor and the lower adaptor.
