PURPOSE: A circulation filtering system in a fish breeding field of land water tank type is provided to reduce the amount of supplementary water used as breeding water, thus saving an energy cost of a large pump and a cost required to maintain an appropriate temperature of the breeding water. CONSTITUTION: In the system for filtering and circulating fish breeding water in a land water tank, in order to filter microorganisms from the fish breeding water that some impurities contained therein has been removed already, an ultra strong magnet made of neodymium is used to the outer wall of a circulating water pipe. By using the neodymium magnet, it is possible to convert water cluster into activated water, to propagate microorganisms by using a large amount of air with an air intake device, to emit dissolved carbonic acid gas and nitrified gas in sea water, and to minimize the amount of supplementary water.
