PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supplier which can smoothly supply a supplied object of bulky state even having compressibility to be bulky. SOLUTION: A skirt member 2 is mounted in a bottom part of a hopper 1 protruded to right/left both sides, a belt conveyer 4 with fins 3 capable of reversing a transfer direction is arranged in this skirt member 2, and a belt conveyer 5 conveying a supplied object in one direction is arranged under the skirt member 2, and the supplied object in bulky state deposited in the hopper 1 is transferred alternately to a right/left transfer end of the belt conveyer 4 to be dropped down onto the belt conveyer 5, so as to be smoothly supplied without generating a bridge phenomenon due to compaction in the vicinity of an outlet of the hopper 1 even when the supplied object is bulky to have compressibility.
