PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily pull out a tonocover when pulling out the tonocover stored in a store case. SOLUTION: The tonocover 10 is stored in an inner pipe 8 by urging force of a coil spring 12 when mounting no baggage on a baggage room 4. At this time a holding member 20 engages with an engaging recess part 2b of the store case 2, and an engaging face 20a of the holing member 20 comes in contact with an engaged face 2c of the engaging recess part 2b. Hence, a core member 16 is supported with the holding member 20 and supported in a horizontal state.
