PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation system and its method for always grasping how a user is by using a daily economic action such as a purchase action as an index for safety confirmation of the user (elderly person, etc.), and confirming whether the user is well with respect to the user who has not done such a daily economic action for a prescribe period. SOLUTION: When the controlling part 16 of this safety confirmation system 10 receives information in relation to the purchase action of the user, the controlling part 16 records date and hour when the user performs a purchase action as safety confirmation time in a file for the user in a user database 11 on the basis of information related to the purchase action. The controlling part 16 performs safety confirmation of a user, the elapsed period of whom from his/her safety confirmation time surpasses a designated period on the basis of the information of the user stored in the database 11. When the controlling part 16 decides that the user is in need of support as a result of the safety confirmation, the controlling part 16 instructs a preregistered nursing group, etc., to visit the user. |
