PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a circuit scale of a driving circuit of a full-color LED display device, and also to prevent deterioration of picture quality. SOLUTION: The circuit for driving the LED display device having picture elements P11-Pnm composed of a plurality of LEDs (LR11, LG11, LB11-LRnm, LGnm, LBnm) differing in luminescent color from each other, is provided with common drivers 1 connected with these LEDs, a 1st switching means 2 for sequentially switching on a voltage from a power supply circuit 24 to supply it to the LEDs of each luminescent color among these LEDs, and a 2nd switching means for sequentially switching on the display data for each luminescent color to supply it to the driver 1 in synchronizm with the switching operation of the 1st switching means 2.
