PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a transmission member, and to prevent degradation of durability of a wiring and electrode formed on a second substrate. SOLUTION: A radiation detecting device is provided where a first substrate comprising a conversion means to convert radiation into electric charge, and a second substrate comprising a processing means to process the electric charge transmitted from the first substrate, are pasted together through the transmission member which transfers the electric charge. An organic film is so formed as to cover the periphery of the transmission member sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate.
