PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of distributing accessed sites for a user to be able to gain an access to an optimum homepage on the screen of a user terminal without taking into account the size of the screen of the terminal owned by the user. SOLUTION: When the user tries to browse the homepage of some company from either of terminals 1 to 3, first the browser is started, and the URL for the homepage of some company is inputted. When the URL is inputted, the data showing the type of the terminal at a transmitter is added to an HTTP protocol by the HTTP-USER-AGENT (User-Agent) of the HTTP protocol, and an access to a terminal identification DB server 10 is performed through a provider 5. The terminal identification DB server 10 receives the access, detects the type of an accessing site from the HTTP-USER-AGENT, and connects the access to the corresponding homepage of the WWW server 9.
