PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize water discharged as waste from an automobile using a fuel cell, as a fuel by re-extracting hydrogen from the water. SOLUTION: When considering a system of using traveling energy of the automobile and wind power, wind turbines are provided on a hood, roof, trunk room and the like of the automobile. The traveling energy and wind power are utilized to rotate the wind turbines, so that electric power is generated by the energy. With this electric power, water generated from the fuel cell is electrolyzed to extract hydrogen and oxygen, and hydrogen is made to be reused by the fuel cell. |
