SOLUTION: In this merchandise distribution system in which a plurality of terminal devices of the buyers, a terminal device of the manufacturer, a managing device of the management provider that provides merchandise distribution management, etc., are connected on the Internet, the managing device of the management provider integrates customer management, order reception and placement management and goods reception and shipping management between the buyers and the manufacturer, and stock management and management of history information, etc., of the buyers, notifies the terminal devices of the buyers about the stock information on the basis of merchandise order reception information and merchandise delivery information and also manages the serial numbers of merchandise received from the manufacturer with respect to orders from the buyers as history. |
