PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a thermoelectric material that has an improved yield, high production efficiency, and a high performance index. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thermoelectric transducer for obtaining a thermoelectric transducer 5 having fine structure by hardening foil piece powder 4 that is manufactured by the liquid cooling method for dropping the molten thermoelectric material 2 on a rotary roll 1 comprises a process for filling the foil piece powder 4 into a metal billet 6, a process for deaerating and sealing the metal billet 6 for forming a semi-cured body 7 made of the thermoelectric material 2, a process for forming a thermoelectric transducer curing body 9 by performing the extrusion molding of the metal billet 6 where the semi-cured body 7 made of the deaerated and sealed thermoelectric material 2 is filled into a hydrostatic pressure extrusion machine 8, and a cutting process for manufacturing a thermoelectric transducer 5 by cutting the thermoelectric transducer body 9 and removing a sheath 10.
