PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction mediating system, an article transaction mediating system, a power transaction mediating system and services therefor, by which information required for deciding the will for whether or not a transaction negotiation is to be performed without leaking secret information such as the load curve information of a transaction applicant to a vender and without mutually knowing the load curve information even after a vending applicant and a buying applicant mutually tell names for the transaction negotiation or even after the vender and the buyer actually start a transaction in article or power transaction mediation and the opportunity of encountering with each other is applied to the transaction applicant as many as possible. SOLUTION: A transaction mediator accepts both a plurality of values and disclosure conditions to the respective values concerning transaction request information from the first transaction applicant, provides these accepted values and disclosure conditions to the second transaction applicant and discloses the values to the second transaction applicant only when the disclosure conditions corresponding to the transaction request information are satisfied.
