Measuring device for determining spatial dimensions of any spatial shape with straight walls e.g. in building site or agriculture using rotating wheel at foot of device

When walking along the length of the walls, the length is detected by a wheel at the foot of the measuring device. An angle enclosed by the two walls is detected from a change in the earth's magnetic field. The determined values are processed in an embedded system. The total area is calculated using a recursive algorithm.
