PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device. SOLUTION: This cutting device carries a cutting counter-material by clamping it between an upper part conveyer and a lower part conveyer and cuts the cutting counter-material by a cutting means to be rotated close to the downstream terminals of the upper conveyer and the lower conveyer. This cutting device is characterized in having a carrier means driving motor, a first power transmission mechanism connected to the carrier means driving motor and simultaneously driving the upper part conveyer with the lower part conveyer, a cutting means driving motor, and a second driving force transmission mechanism connected to the cutting means driving motor and rotating the cutting means.
