PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor pool having movable floors for adjustment of water depth, for use also as an evacuation site or a disaster-prevention facility in the event of a disaster such as an earthquake or wind and rain causing damage. SOLUTION: The pool 1 having the movable floors 2 for adjustment of water depth is constructed of a rectangular steel frame, a plurality of floor boards mounted on the frame, and air tanks mounted at the four corners of the frame. The pool includes a water purifying device for purifying water W in the pool 1 to use it as domestic water w, and a generating set consisting of a solar power generator 42 and a wind power generator 44 for generating electric power for a variety of electric equipments, including the water purifying device and luminaire.
