PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for overlap having transparency, hard to curl, having stiffness, high steam barrier properties, and friendly to environment. SOLUTION: The packaging material for overlap comprises a laminate obtained by successively laminating an inorganic oxide vapor deposition thin film layer 2, a reinforcing resin layer 3 for increasing stiffness, a heat-sealing layer 4a, and an antistatic layer 5 on one surface of a base material film 1 and laminating a heat-sealing layer 4b on the other surface of the base material film 1.
