PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating device for taking out power from a heat source at a normal temperature by a solar heat. SOLUTION: This power generating device comprises the heat source 1; gas/liquid separator 3 for separating a condensed liquid produced in an outlet of a turbine 2; a pump 4 for pressurizing liquid phase; a compressor 5 for pressurizing a gas phase; a gas/liquid mixer 6 for mixing the gas phase with the liquid phase; a rotary shaft 8 for transmitting a turbine power to the compressor; and a generator 7 for taking out a turbine power.
