PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating device suppressing the generation of cold draft. SOLUTION: The cooling and heating device is provided with a heat pump unit containing a compressor and a heat exchanger and circulating a refrigerant, and a heat conveying circuit to contain a pump and circulate a heat medium, such as water. The heat conveying circuit and the heat pump unit are interconnected through a heat exchange unit. In the so formed cooling and heating device, a fan coil unit and a panel-form radiator are connected to a heat transfer circuit, and the panel-form radiator is situated in the vicinity of an indoor wall surface on the window side. |
