PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain a multi-layer molding the appearance of which is not deteriorated by the thread falling of a fabric skin material, the deformation of which is controlled, and in which the skin material is laminated. SOLUTION: After a molten thermoplastic resin 4 is cooled primarily with a pair of molds 1 and 2 clamped, when the molds 1 and 2 are cooled secondarily while they are half opened by a prescribed distance W, the distance W is adjusted by 0.1 mm to reduce the color difference of the surface of the fabric skin material before and after the molding of the resin 4, and to control the deformation of the molding.
