PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caterpillar for a vehicle made of elastomer, capable of shortening cross-linking time without guiding teeth distorting a reinforcement body. SOLUTION: The elastomer caterpillar is provided with the multiple guiding teeth (50) projecting out of the inside thereof. The guiding teeth have side faces along the longitudinal direction of the caterpillar, a front face and a rear face. At least one inserted body is arranged inside each of the guiding teeth (50). Each inserted body (16) positioned inside each of the guiding teeth (50) is formed to be generally hollow with a free space (24) surrounded thereby so as to considerably absorb the expansion of the elastomer material of the guiding tooth that occurs during forming and is caused by the cross-linking of the elastomer material.
