PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical foaming body favourable as a heat insulating material for a refrigerant piping, etc., as it is excellent in inserting and fitting workability even on a bent pipe part and excellent in compression residual strain (settling property) at the bent pipe part and a piping support part after construction. SOLUTION: The cylindrical foaming body formed of propylene system thermoplastic elastomer, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and stylene system thermoplastic elastomer is used.
