PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel with a decorative sheet for simultaneously executing a panel body and the decorative sheet, and capable of reducing execution time and an execution cost, and a wall surface executing method using the panel with the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: This panel l with the decorative sheet has the plate-like panel body 2 being a square shape, and the decorative sheet 3 stuck to a surface of the panel body 2. The decorative sheet 3 has integrally extension parts 3a and 3b protruding one side of at least both side edges from the side edge of the panel body 2. An adhesive 4 is applied to the whole reverse of the decorative sheet 3. Protective paper 5 separable without impairing the adhesive property is stuck to the whole surface of the adhesive 4. Cut lines 6, 6, etc., are respectively formed along the side edge in a prescribed position of the protective paper. A central covering part 5c of the protective paper is torn off by respectively leaving only specific widths 5a and 5b from both side edges of the decorative sheet. The decorative sheet is stuck to the panel body 2.
