PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detection member mounting structure having a simplified structure, capable of reducing a cost and saving a space, a fixing device having the structure, and an image forming device having the structure and the fixing device. SOLUTION: In this temperature detection member mounting structure 50 having a fixing member 51 for fixing a temperature detection member by screwing, the fixing member 51 has a mounting face 52 where the temperature detection member is mounted, a support part 53 for supporting the mounting face 52, and a step 54 formed between the mounting face 52 and the support part 53, and the step 54 prohibits rotation of the temperature detection member when screwing the temperature detection member on the mounting face 52. The fixing device having the structure, and the image forming device having the structure and the fixing device are also provided.
