PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape affixing holder capable of rapidly, consistently and reliably performing the affixing work irrespective of skill of a worker. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape affixing holder comprises a holder body and a row of a plurality of adhesive tape winding members fitted to the holder body related to each other. Each adhesive tape winding member comprises a pair of guide rollers slidable on a body to be tape-affixed with at least a part of the body to be tape-affixed held therebetween. The pair of guide rollers are independent from each other, and has different shape and function, and fitted to the holder body at the position in which the adhesive tape is successively wound in a tape affixing surface of the body to be tape-affixed, and pressed and affixed.
