PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing case wherewith an article can be packed together with an accessory such as an AC adapter having projections with a small-sized packing material with packing costs reduced. SOLUTION: The packing case A for packing the article 5 together with the accessory 3 having projections 4 includes a packing case main body 1 and a holding board 2 provided at the inside of the packing case main body 1 for holding the accessory 3. The holding board 2 has openings 6 which allow the projections 4 of the accessory 3 held by the holding board 2 to project toward the reverse side of the holding board 2, and the holding board 2 is set in the packing case main body 1 so that the projections 4 of the accessory 3 can be arranged in a space at the outside of the article 5 packed in the packing case main body 1.
