PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker provided with a voice inputting function. SOLUTION: A rice cooker 1 is provided with a heating means 4 and a control means 7 for controlling this heating means 4. A home terminal 9 is provided with a voice input means 11 and a voice recognition means 12. The cooker 1 and the terminal 9 are provided with transmission and reception means 10 and 17 for mutual transmission and reception. When a user inputs voice to the means 11 of the terminal 9, this voice is recognized by the means 12. The signal is transmitted to the means 10 of the cooker 1 from the means 17, and the means 7 controls the means 5 to control the rice-cooking operation of the cooker 1.
