PURPOSE: Provided is ginseng refined alcohol containing pure gold fragments, which has short fermentation and improves hanover and headache. CONSTITUTION: The ginseng refined alcohol containing pure gold fragments is manufactured by adding 99.9% of pure gold having 1-2/10000mm of thickness and a size of 5mmx5 mm to ginseng refined alcohol(12-17%) containing 1-5 of raw ginsengs in a weight ratio of gold fragment to ginseng refined alcohol being 0.05 or less to 100, and by diluting them with 20mL-40mL of an arrowroot juice(100%).
