PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn roller free from the trouble of the tilting of a pile even under a large tension applied by the pulling of a hose. SOLUTION: The turn roller is provided with a hose-hooking roller pivoted to a base on the ground in a manner to enable free rotation in horizontal plane. A plurality of claws are arranged on the lower face of the base.
