PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine points for each of players based on a count data of point bars to be shifted among the players in terms of the type of rewards with the identity of a winner player in the winning decided by the tile directly drawn by the winner player and also based on a count data of the point bars to be shifted among the players in terms of the type of rewards responsible for a loser player with the identity of the loser player and a winner player in the winning decided by the tile thrown by the loser player and moreover, quickly provide the individual players with point totalling data by automatically performing a totalling and a recording in terms of the order of scoring at the rounds of the respective players and the frequency rate of the top winners at the end of all of the rounds. SOLUTION: The player ID 11a is read in and points are determined for each of players based on a count data of point bars in terms of the type of the rewards with the identity of a winner player in the winning decided by the tile directly drawn by the winner player to make a totalling and recording thereof and in the winning decided by the tile thrown by a loser player, the points are determined based on a count data of the point bars in terms of the type of rewards responsible for the loser player with the identity of the lower player and the winner player to make a totalling and recording thereof. Moreover, at the end of all of the rounds, a totalling and recording are performed in terms of the order of scoring at the rounds of the respective players and the frequency rate of top winners.
