Material is based on silica, which is subjected to surface modification by hetero- organic compounds of formula Cl4-nSiRn, in which n=1-3, R represents methyl, ethyl, chloromethyl, or phenyl, under effect of pulse electric discharge in a gas medium at ambient temperature. Weight ratio of dispersed material to modifier varies from 1:5 to 1:1. Activation and surface modification is carried out in working chamber of electrohydraulic impact plant.
