<p>A device has three modules: a vertical non-recycling laminar flow extraction hood (a1); a dust-controlled working area (a2) with solvent distribution and recovery, and a filter membrane (b1) with means of evacuation (b2) including or not a particle counter. A manipulating arm (c) to facilitate production and manipulation of large items in the working area can complete the modules : Each module cannot be separated from the assembly. The solvent is completely clean (filtered) and can be recovered and reused after filtration. An air intake ensures evacuation of air from the working area (taking all the solvent vapors and ensuring the safety of the operator).</p> |
