PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water(O/W) type emulsified composition containing an electrolyte, in more detail, the O/W type emulsified composition excellent in emulsifying stability in spite of containing the electrolyte. SOLUTION: This O/W type emulsified composition is prepared by using the electrolyte, a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, an alkanoyl lactic acid or a salt thereof, an alkyl acrylate methacrylate copolymer, a water content and an oil content and further preferably a polyhydric alcohol.
