<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce method for smoothly distributing a commodity by solving a problem of involving a constitutor of conventional inverse auction transactions and auction transactions. SOLUTION: In this electronic commerce method, an orderer registers information on the desired commodity, a commodity presenting term, and an inverse auction transaction term on a telecommunication line, a seller presents seller side commodity information based on a condition registered by the orderer to the buyer side up to the commodity presenting term, reserves the commodity as a reserved commodity preferential to the orderer up to the inverse auction transaction term, releases the commodity as an auction object commodity to a buyer other than the orderer from when the inverse auction transaction term is completed, and realizes commodity buying and selling transactions between the seller and the buyer successfully bidden in an auction transaction term.</p> |
