PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of objectively certifying a fact on transactions so that an interested party can agree and to effectively copie with it even when causing trouble later. SOLUTION: When a transaction contract is made between a customer and a salesperson, a telephone call is made to a transaction certifying server 4 from a customer telephone 1. The transaction certifying server 4 accepts a call thereby as a registering request for transaction certifying information, issues a proper transaction certifying number, and informs the customer home side of the number. Afterwards, customer information for specifying the customer himself/herself and transaction information for specifying a transaction object are transmitted to the transaction certifying server 4 from a mobile terminal 2 for the salesperson, and are registered in a transaction certifying information database 4c together with the transaction certifying number and a telephone number at calling time in the transaction certifying server 4. When trouble is caused later on the transaction contract, the transaction certifying number is transmitted to the transaction certifying server 4 to inquire of the registered transaction certifying information so that a fact of the contracted transaction content is certified by the registered information. |
