PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology capable of reducing the load of a reception processing device by dispersing accesses from users to plural vicarious execution processing devices and preventing the congestion of a network, and surely completing the request for the reception of a predetermined process from the user. SOLUTION: This vicarious execution method for acting for the reception of the predetermined process requested from a user-side processing device to the reception processing device, by plural vicarious execution processing device, has a process for accessing the vicarious execution processing device from the user-side processing device for requesting the reception of the predetermined process, a step for receiving the request for the reception of the predetermined process from the user-side processing device and temporarily receiving the contents of the request by the vicarious execution processing device, a step for transmitting the temporarily received contents to the reception processing device from the vicarious execution processing device, when the reception terminating condition designated by the reception processing device is achieved, and a step for receiving the contents temporarily received by the vicarious execution processing device, and executing the reception of the predetermined process from the user-side processing device, by the reception processing device.
