PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high illuminance luminaire capable of providing extensive power saving at a brightness the same as a current luminaire. SOLUTION: An aluminum material plate with reflectance of 0.9 or more subjected to a durability treatment so as to maintain high gloss for a long period is used as a reflector of the luminaire for a fluorescent lamp. When the luminaire is seen from directly below, two or more fluorescent lamps per fluorescent lamp attached to the luminaire is projected on the reflector, and a directly below illuminance of 1.5 times or more is provided than when using a reflector of a common steel plate applied with coating.
