PURPOSE: A hinge for an office device and a notebook computer is provided to reduce a noise in a rotating process by decreasing a contacting area of a shaft and a spring and to extend a life span of the spring by preventing the shaft from being easily contacted with the spring although folding operations are performed for a long time. CONSTITUTION: In constituting a hinge which is used in an office machine computer, the first main body(100) is joined to a shaft(110) and installed in a fixing unit. A spring(200) has an insertion hole(201) formed at the central portion thereof for inserting the shaft(110) and a plurality of protrusions(210) at an outer side thereof on condition that one side portion is cut by an incision unit(230). The spring(200) has a plurality of grooves(220) for preventing a noise in the inner circumference thereof at a predetermined interval. The second main body(400) has an insertion hole(410) for inserting the spring(200) and a long protrusion groove unit(411) formed in the insertion hole(410). In addition, a projection is formed at a predetermined portion of the second main body(400).
