An optical disk producing device comprising a molding machine (1) for simultaneously molding two disk substrates having information recorded thereon, a cooling mechanism (3) for cooling the disk substrates, a first transfer means (2) for transferring the disk substrates from the molding machine to the cooling mechanism, and a second transfer means (4) for mounting the disk substrates on the support of a turntable (5) from the cooling mechanism. It further comprises a film forming device (8) for successively receiving said disk substrates from a third transfer means (6) and forming a reflective film on the surface having information recorded thereon, a turntable (10) having a plurality of supports on which the disk substrates are mounted and intermittently rotated through a given angle, an overturning mechanism (11) for overturning the disk substrates, a superposing mechanism for superposing the overturned disk substrate and another disk substrate having a liquid adhesive agent fed thereon, spinner devices (15, 16) for rotation-processing the two disk substrates, and curing device (23) for irradiating the rotation-processed disk substrates with ultraviolet rays for curing. This arrangement makes possible the high-speed production of compact, high-quality optical disks.
