<p>The present invention relates to a means and methods for determining susceptibility to SEEK1 mediated diseases, such as psoriasis. In addition, there is provided polynucleotides encoding the SEEK1 protein having one or more nucleotide insertions, deletions or substitutions at one or novel positions, and the SEEK1 protein having one or more amino acid insertions, deletions and substitutions. Host cells and transgenics non-human animals comprising polynucleotides or proteins of the invention are also provided. Methods of screening for agents for use in treating SEEK1 mediated disease are also provided.</p> |
