The invention concerns a portable equipment for training to hit at a variety of angles: horizontally, up and down, and, from the front or from the sides. The portable equipment (1) has a more or less spherical shape defined by a diameter (D) and a width (L), said width (L) ranging between about half and twice said diameter (D), a more or less rectilinear hole (2) passing through said portable equipment across the width (L), the axis (AA') of said hole passing near the centre of said portable equipment, said portable equipment being made of elastically deformable synthetic foam to dampen the blows. Said portable equipment is particularly designed for combat sports clubs (boxing, karate and the like). |
