摘要 PURPOSE: A bypass capacitor mounting method for a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator is provided to simplify mounting and prevent a bypass capacitor having other capacitance from mounted. CONSTITUTION: A bypass capacitor mounting method for a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator is performed by a laser cutter. For the laser cutter, a wavelength is 0.5-5μm, recharge rate of a laser pulse is 10-3000 Hz and the duration of the laser pulse is 0.05-0.3 ms. The capacitance of the bypass capacitor(21) is adjusted by etching with the laser cutter. The bypass capacitor(21) is mounted on a ceramic substrate(20) in form of a film with the laser cutter at one process without soldering. The laser cutter adjusts the capacitance of the bypass capacitor(21) as 0.068 μF to have error ±0.01μF so as to prevent the bypass capacitor(21) having other capacitance from being mounted.
