PURPOSE: An organic mineral composition prepared from sewage sludge and manufacturing method thereof is provided, which can produce organic mineral composition from sewage sludge by using specific amino acid salt synthetics as non-toxicant and mixture of copper complex of hydroxy amino acid, peptide synthetics of inorganic salt and sodium hydroxide as exterminator of harmful organism, thus enabling the sludge to be used as compost, soil conditioner, fish feed, water quality improving agent and sorbent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) prepare sludge of sewage treatment plant; (ii) produce non-toxicant agent, a synthesized matter of amino acid salt by feeding alkali to animal waste residue containing protein to a weight ratio of 1:0.05-0.3 followed by hydrolysis at a sufficient hydrous condition by heating at 70-100 deg.C; (iii) produce harmful organism that is a mixture composition blended with copper complex of hydroxy amino acid, inorganic salt peptide composite and sodium hydroxide at a mole ratio of 1: 0.4-0.6: 0.8-1 mol per liter; (iv) add the non-toxicant of amino acid composite solution to sludge at a mole ratio of 2.5-5 liter per 1 mole of heavy metal contained in the sludge followed by mixing with 10-30 liter of the mixture solution, the exterminator, per 1 ton of dried weight of sludge. |
